Comments: I just left my post-op appointment with Dr Wong. He is an excellent doctor and an excellent surgeon. I had seen another orthopedic doctor for knee problems that had me limping for 18 months. They are the “top docs” in the county. They told me I needed a total knee replacement and that’s all they told me. I went home panicking on how I could afford to stay home from work for months and survive. Got a second opinion from Dr Wong and he took a most sensible approach. I had a torn meniscus and some arthritis that needed to be addressed. I had awful burning like fire and spasms. Let’s fix that and see how you do. Had surgery 2 weeks ago. I have zero pain and my limp is almost gone. The only reason I’m limping is from the surgery and that will correct itself through PT. I am seriously grateful to Dr Wong for giving me back my quality of life.
